Welcome to the New Year readers! Im excited for all the great things that I know 2014 holds for me. I would like to start by sharing my 2014 resolutions with you: 1)To improve my mind: I want to read at least 1 book every month. It gets very hectic in my house and with so much going on, I want to remember to take some "Me" time and curl up with a book. I will start with one that ALL of my friends insist I read before the movie comes out: Fifty Shades of Grey. I know, I know, I'm way behind everyone on this one, but I will catch up. 2)To improve my body: In trying to find time for myself between work and spending time with my honey (who works nights) to caring for the home and garden, I have almost gained about 20 lbs in the last 6 months /: EEEEE!!! So in 2014, I am determined to rock an amazing bikini bod this summer! And I will get there with daily cardio, healthy eating and drinking lots of water. I'll also be trying out the 30 day squat challenge found on pinterest. I'll be sure to review it after I've completed day 30.3)To improve my home: I will be starting a new vegetable garden this year, being my first year in this home. I want to make an effort to eat only homegrown vegetables this year (that is until i run out since they are sooooo yummy) and to grow enough to feed our little family for the year.
